BB Matrix is an end-to-end supply chain platform offered as a SAAS solution. It consists of various modules to manage and optimize modern businesses’ daily supply chain operations. TMS, WMS, and OMS are the core modules.
As a multi-tenanted supply chain platform, BB Matrix has the power to cater to various business requirements using its configuration capability, which makes every module adaptable to multiple business models and conditions. These configurations are applied to the modules to manifest the modules as solutions.
The professional services team manages the implementation of the modules for its customers. The team understands the customer’s business landscape. It arrives at an optimal solution and implements the platform using its configurations to achieve the desired outcome and seamless operational software.
The team is looking at intelligent and dynamic professionals to be part of the team who can interface with various business and customer operations team to understand the problem statement /challenges and come up with optimal solution/s using BB Matrix platform and configure appropriately and see through the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
• Interface with the product and engineering team to understand the BB Matrix platform in depth and its applicability in solving SCM challenges and possible variances of it.
• Interface with the business team to arrive at optimal solutions and plan the implementation of the same
• Configure, debug and validate the working of the package /platform
• Document and train the business/customer team for the expansion of the module across the business.
• Assist the pilot/UAT and make appropriate decisions to tweak and showcase the module/feature as desired for the optimal result
• Manage the upgrade of the feature as and when it happens for the business continuity.
• Liaison with the product /engineering team to resolve any issues or to suggest enhancements and changes for ease of use of the software
• Liaison with the business team to suggest and implement changes for optimal utilization and adoption of the features built
• Early engagement with the product team to understand the roadmap of features and prepare the implementation capabilities for the same.
• Debug and manage the issue resolution with various teams
• Understand the data requirements and work with multiple teams to prepare appropriate data needed at various stages of implementation

What we are looking for

• 3-8 Years of Experience.
• A motivated, competent individual with BE, B Tech, MBA in product management
• Understanding of SDLC and the process of software implementation
• Ability to work with web applications and mobile applications
• Ability to execute and debug automation scripts and tools
• Basic level of networking and operating system knowledge
• Exposure to R&R and Authentication and Authorization principles
• The ability to understand technical aspects like microservices, JSON, API, and HTTP error codes is mandatory
• Any scripting language /programming language experience is a plus
• Documentation and bringing clarity with keeping all stakeholders with appropriate communication is a must
• Very good in communication, written and oral communication
• Customer handling experience is a big plus
• Stakeholder management with minimal assistance
• Planning of activities, managing, and delivering to the agreed timeline is mandatory.
• Having SCM exposure or functional consulting experience is a big plus
• The ability to manage parallel projects and deal with ambiguity

• Exposure to the public cloud and its working
• Understanding of SQL scripts and ability to execute the same
