What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?
● Develop and deliver detailed technology solutions based on Big Basket products and platform through
Professional Services project activities.
● Operate as a part of a project team consisting of other PS engineers and technical program managers to achieve
and exceed customer goals and expectations.
● Work closely with Solution Architect and other stakeholders to design, build and deliver solutions and
identifying migration or custom integration work.
● Design and develop integration components, migration scripts, configuration set up, dashboards, alerts, etc., in
this platform based on customer requirements.
● Recommend and provide continuous feedback to products and solutions to improve actions needed to ensure a
great customer experience
● Work closely with Solution Architects and client teams to prepare and develop POCs (Proof of Concepts) and
present the same through technical presentations.
● Work with cross-functional team members including engineering, product, support, and system engineers
and teams from customer organizations to develop, deploy and maintain platform
solutions.
● Recommend product and platform enhancements based on customer feedback and improving operational
efficiency
● Experience 3-6 Years.
● Always be aware of New Features, capabilities rolled out on the platform and Products.
● Communicate and assist in translating customer requirements to internal product and engineering teams.
